SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 26-year-old Union Corner man has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit while also having control of a motor vehicle.
Travis Rodney Jerry Wilson was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently.
He must also remain on probation until his time is served and is prohibited from driving for 18 months.
Wilson was also fined $1,500 and $450 in victim surcharges.
The charge is from Aug. 10 in Summerside.
