KENSINGTON, P.E.I. — Coun. Ivan Gallant paid tribute to former town employee Enid Chappell, who died suddenly last week.

Chappell worked as a cleaner at the town hall and the Kensington Medical Centre for close to 30 years.

“She was a very dedicated employee and she took great pride in her work,” said Gallant during the town's recent monthly council meeting.
