Tignish resident fined for possessing small snow crab

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 61-year-old Tignish man has pleaded guilty to one count under the Fisheries Act of possessing snow crab less than 95 mm in width.

James Arthur Buote was fined $7,000.

The charge is from June 5 in Tignish.
