Tignish man pleads guilty to charge under Fisheries Act

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – A Tignish man has pleaded guilty under the Fisheries Act.

Derek Deagle, 30, was charged with one count of possession of lobster measuring less than 77 mm.

The charge is from Aug. 29, in Miminegash.

Deagle was fined $3,700.
