SUMMERSIDE – Benji Gaudet, 23, of Tignish has pleaded guilty to one count of fishing for lobster in Lobster Fishing Area 25 during a closed time.

The charge is from June 21 in North Cape.

Gaudet was fined $2,500 and must forfeit 13 traps and the associated traps and equipment.
