Summerside woman who pleaded guilty to theft gets suspended sentence

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Amanda Christine Murphy, 29, of Summerside, has pleaded guilty to one count of theft of items valued at less than $5,000 from the P.E.I. Liquor Control Commission.

The charge is from Aug. 9 in Summerside.

Murphy received a suspended sentence, must serve 12 months of probation and pay a $100 victim surcharge.
