SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – A 26-year-old Summerside woman has pleaded guilty to one count of uttering a forged prescription.

Allison Ann Winchester received a suspended sentence, must serve 18 months of probation and pay a $100 victim surcharge.

The charge is from Sept. 4 in Summerside.
