SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 36-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty refusing to supply a sample of his breath when prompted to do so by a police officer.

Chad Russell George Barlow was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently. He must also serve 12 months of probation and is prohibited from driving for 18 months.

The charge is from Nov. 25 in Summerside.
