SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 59-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while at the same time having a blood alcohol level above their legal limit.
Ralph Clifford Carmody was sentenced to serve seven days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently.
He must also remain on probation until his time is served, is prohibited from driving for 12 months, was fined $2,000 and must pay $600 in victim surcharges.
The charge is from Oct. 20, 2019, in Summerside.
