SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A Summerside man has pleaded guilty to two charges for offences against the fisheries act.
Adam Pitre, 42, was in court recently for charges dating back to August 2018. According to court documents, Pitre was charged for unlawfully fishing for lobster, without holding a fisher's registration card, and for making a false or misleading statement to a fishery officer.
Pitre was sentenced to 10 days of imprisonment.
