SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Eric Joseph Albert, 56, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of uttering a threat and one count of damaging property that did not belong to him.

The charges are from Oct. 26, 2019 in Summerside.

Albert received a suspended sentence, must remain on probation for 12 months and must pay $200 in victim surcharges.
