SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – A 26-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to possession of stolen cheques.

James Patrick David Sudsubury was charged Sept. 12 in Summerside.

He was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and must pay a $100 victim surcharge.
