SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Kyle Matthew Ford, 29, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly uttering a forged cheque and one count of failing to attend court as required by a judge.

The charges are from Sept. 20, 2018 and March 14, 2019 in Summerside.

Ford was sentenced to serve 10 days in jail, which he received permission to serve intermittently. He must also serve 12 months of probation.
