SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Harry James Beaton, 70, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of possession of tobacco purchased from someone other than a licensed retail vendor.

The charge is from Dec. 6, 2019, in Summerside.

Beaton was fined $53,163.
