SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – A 29-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to one count of having care and control of a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
Steven Joseph Hillier was sentenced to serve three days in jail, must pay a $1,000 fine and a $300 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.
The charge is from Oct. 19 in Summerside.
