SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. —

A 30-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching an emergency protection order.

Kevin Patrick Davie was fined $500 and received a $50 victim surcharge.

The charge is from Nov. 23 in Harper.
