SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Summerside city council has approved an application by the estate of Frances MacDonald to rezone a vacant lot off South Drive to allow for a duplex home.

The zoning was changed from R1 Single Family Residential to R2 Low Density Mixed Residential.
