Summerside council approves rezoning of land to high-density residential

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Summerside city council has approved the application to rezone land in between South Drive and Water Street.

The application was initiated by the city to provide development opportunities.

The land was previously zoned as R3 medium-density residential. With the new designation of R4, it can be developed to high-density residential.
