SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 44-year-old St. Raphael man was back in provincial court recently after he breached the conditions of his probation.
Jeffrey Joseph Arsenault pleaded guilty to one count of breaching a probation order by communicating with someone he’d been ordered not to and one count of failing to appear in court as required by a judge.
The charges are from June 16 and July 28 in Summerside and St. Raphael.
Arsenault was sentenced to serve 12 days in jail as well as 12 months of probation.
