BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I. — Computers in the Borden-Carleton town offices are getting an upgrade.

The current operating system is so old that updates are no longer available. Computers are regularly “freezing” on staff.

Council passed a motion to spend $4,564.35 to upgrade to the town’s laptop hard drive and to purchase a software subscription for all staff computers.
