LOWER BEDEQUE, P.E.I. - “The vehicle was off the road and in the ditch,” commented Kinkora fire chief Johnny Dugay, who acknowledged that they responded to the call at 8:45 p.m. with “three units and 15 members.”

Police and Island EMS were on the scene, including JJ's Towing and Recovery to remove the vehicle from the ditch.

Dugay stated, “There were four occupants in the vehicle, and no one was seriously injured.”
