SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Kenneth Ernest Waite, 61, of Sherbrooke, has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.

Waite was sentenced to serve three days in jail, is prohibited from driving for 12 months, must pay a $1,000 fine and a victim surcharge of $300.

The charge is from Aug. 5, in Milo.
