SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 42-year-old Seacow Pond man has pleaded guilty to one count of unlawfully having possession of female rock crab contrary to Fisheries Act.

James Wilson Gavin was sentenced to being suspended from fishing for lobster for 120 hours or in lieu thereof a fine of $21,134.

The charge is from near Skinners Pond on Sept. 19, 2017.
