SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 27-year-old Kensington man has been arrested and faces drug trafficking charges after police executed a search warrant last week.
The Prince District Joint Forces Operation Drug Unit, which is comprised of RCMP, Summerside and Kensington police officers, executed a search warrant on School Street in Kensington March 22.
As a result of the search, crystal methamphetamine and methamphetamine tablets were seized, and the man was arrested and charged.
The P.E.I. RCMP Serious and Organized Crime unit assisted the combined police force unit in executing the search warrant.
This investigation is ongoing.
