SUMMERVILLE, P.E.I. - RCMP in Kings County have charged a driver following a single-vehicle rollover on Tuesday.
Kings District RCMP responded to a 911 call about the crash at 11 p.m. on Route 3 in Summerville. There were minor injuries.
Officers spoke to the driver, 21-year-old woman from Queens County, as well as a witness.
The woman, who is from Queens County, was taken into custody and charged with impaired driving. She was escorted to Montague detachment where police say she provided breath samples over the legal limit.
The driver was released early Wednesday morning and will appear in provincial court in Georgetown in December.
