It will be a cloudy day across P.E.I. with a 60 per cent chance of showers this morning and early this afternoon. A few showers beginning this afternoon that will amount to two millimetres. Southwest wind gusting to 50 km/h and a high of 8 C, except in onshore winds where it will be 2 C. The UV index is 3, or moderate.

A few rain showers ending late this evening then cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries becoming partly cloudy overnight. Fog patches will develop this evening and dissipate before morning. Rainfall amount of two mm is expected. Wind gusting to 40 km/h along parts of the coast this evening and after midnight with wind becoming north 20 km/h after midnight. Tonight’s low is -4 C but with the wind chill it will feel like -10 C overnight.
