CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — A P.E.I. man who didn’t report to probation as required was sentenced recently to 30 days in jail.
Robert Bryenton appeared before Judge Nancy Orr in provincial court in Charlottetown where he pleaded guilty to breaching his probation.
The court heard Bryenton was placed on probation in June but failed to report and didn’t respond to attempts to contact him.
Bryenton’s prior record included numerous court order breaches.
