P.E.I. home heating oil prices down another 7 cents; gas unchanged

The price of home heating oil has decreased by seven cents per litre in the weekly petroleum pricing adjustment. Diesel has likewise fallen by seven cents, but there is no change to the price of gas.

As of midnight May 1, the maximum price for furnace oil stands at 51.5 cpl. Diesel costs between 77.9 and 79.0 cpl. And gas continues to range from 73.0 to 74.2 cpl.

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is May 8.
