P.E.I. gas prices rise 3 cents in July 10 adjustment

The price of gas, diesel and furnace oil are all on the rise after the weekly petroleum pricing announcement for July 10.

Gas prices have risen by three cents per litre in the overnight adjustment, while diesel has increased by two cents per litre and furnace oil costs an additional 1.4 cpl.

At self-serve outlets, regular, unleaded gasoline now ranges from 101.4 to 102.6 cpl and diesel ranges from 100.6 to 101.8 cpl. The maximum price for furnace oil is 70.1 cpl.

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is July 17.
