Gas prices across Prince Edward Island are once again under a dollar as the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved a 1.5-cent price drop overnight.

At self-serve outlets, prices for regular unleaded gasoline range from 98.0 to 99.1 cents per litre.

There is no change to the price of furnace oil or diesel. Prices for diesel range from 100.6 to 101.8 cpl. The maximum price for furnace oil is 70.1 cpl.

The commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is Aug. 14.
