SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 44-year-old O'Leary man has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit within two years of operating a vehicle.
Jason Blair Collicutt was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, and must remain on probation until his time is served.
He is also prohibited from driving for 18 months, was fined $2,000 and must pay $600 in victim surcharges.
The charge is from Oct. 12, 2019, in O’Leary.
