SUMMERSIDE – Troy Ethan Healey, 21, of Hilden, N.S., has pleaded guilty to one count of refusing to provide a sample of his breath when asked to do so by a police officer.
The charge is from Nov. 1, 2019, in Summerside.
Healey was sentenced to serve five days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, must remain on probation for 12 months, is prohibited from driving for 12 months and must pay $300 in victim surcharges.
