Two more ferry crossings have been cancelled by Northumberland Ferries Limited, NFL, for Saturday afternoon due to ongoing technical difficulties according to a post on the NFL website.

The 2:30 p.m. crossing out of Wood Islands, P.E.I. and the 4 p.m. crossing out of Caribou, Nova Scotia have been cancelled, as the terminal continues to have issues with the docking ramp for the mv Confederation. All other sailings are running on schedule.

The problem should be fixed later today, said a representative of the NFL who spoke with the Guardian.

These cancellations come after the 9:30 a.m. crossing out of Wood Islands, P.E.I. and the 11:15 a.m. crossing out of Caribou, Nova Scotia were cancelled earlier Saturday morning.
