A P.E.I. man who didn’t report to his probation officer as required was recently given a suspended sentence.
Michael Justin Petitpas, 30, appeared before Judge Nancy Orr in provincial court in Charlottetown where he pleaded guilty to breaching his probation.
The court heard Petitpas turned himself in to police after learning there was a warrant out for his arrest.
With the suspended sentence, Orr also placed Petitpas on probation for one year.
