There is no change to the price of gasoline, furnace oil or diesel in the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission's Aug. 14 petroleum pricing announcement.
Prices for regular, unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets continue to range from 98.0 to 99.1 cents per litre and prices for diesel are still between 100.6 to 101.8 cpl.
The maximum price for furnace oil is 70.1 cpl.
Propane prices have decreased by 1.2 cents per litre (cpl) for Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing; by 2.2 cpl for Superior Propane; and by 1.7 cpl for Kenmac Energy Inc., Noonan Petroleum and Island Petroleum.
The maximum price for propane ranges from 72.2 to 72.5 cpl.
The commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is Aug. 21.
