SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 45-year-old New Annan resident has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit within two hours of operating a vehicle.

Jamie Greenan was sentenced to serve five days in jail, must pay a fine of $2,000 and a victim surcharge of $600 and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.

The charge is from Dec. 13, 2019, in Springhill.
