Missing golfer found in Linkletter, P.E.I.

On Sunday a golfer was reported missing from the P.E.I. Ocean View Resort and Golf after they wondered into the woods west of the course.

The Rural Community of Linkletter, where the golf club is located, posted on Facebook late Sunday asking residents of the area to keep their porch lights on to brighten up the area hoping it will aid in the search by RCMP and other rescuers.

A handful of hours later, the club reported that the golfer had been located and was doing well.
