SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 63-year-old Margate man has pleaded guilty of one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit while also having control of a vehicle.

Joel J. Sobczak was sentenced to serve three days in jail, must pay a fine of $1,000, a victim surcharge of $300 and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.

The charge is from Dec. 23, 2019, in Kensington.
