SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Dillon Jarred Pye, 25, has pleaded guilty to one count of driving while prohibited, one count of mischief for damaging a car that did not belong to him, one count of uttering a death threat and one count of failing to attend court as required by a judge.
The charges are from July 23, Sept. 19 and Oct. 24, 2018.
Pye was sentenced to serve 27 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently. He must also serve 24 months of probation and is prohibited from driving for an additional 18 months. He must also pay restitution of $3,434 to the owner of the car.
