Premier Wade MacLauchlan is shown in the provincial legislature Wednesday. The latest Corporate Research Associates poll shows the P.E.I. Liberal party has dropped to its lowest level of support in 13 years. MacLauchlan’s personal popularity stayed almost the same as last quarter with 27 per cent of Islanders listing him as their preference for premier.

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Premier Wade MacLauchlan will deliver his state-of-the-province address at the Delta Prince Edward this evening. 

The dinner, hosted this year by the Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty, provides the premier with an opportunity to speak about the provincial economy, how it has performed during the past year and how he sees the year ahead. 

MacLauchlan is scheduled to begin speaking around 8 p.m.
