List of warming centres in P.E.I. for Nov. 30

CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - P.E.I. EMO is working closely with Maritime Electric to ensure the needs of Islanders without power are being met.

The following communities have reception centres set up for those residents:

  • Albany area: Kingston Legion, Kinkora Community Centre
  • Alberton area: Alberton Firehall (4 to 10 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
  • Scotchfort area: Mt. Stewart Community Centre (2:30 to 9:00 p.m.)
  • O'Leary area: O'Leary Fire Department
  • Lennox Island: John J. Sark Memorial School
  • St. Eleanors area: Credit Union Place
  • Belfast: Belfast Rink (Friday 3 to 8:30 p.m., Saturday opens at 7 a.m.)
  • Wellington: Wellington Fire Hall (Friday 5 to 10 p.m., Saturday opens at 9 a.m.)

  • Lower Montague Hall
  • St. Peters (Dr. Roddy Community Centre)
  • Cardigan Fire Hall
  • Milton Community Hall

  • Tyne Valley Fire Department
  • St. Joachim's Church Hall
