SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Kensington town council has formally adopted its new Wellfield Protection Plan.
The plan was drafted in partnership by the Kensington North Watershed Association to help “bring the community together to protect their drinking water supplies".
The plan outlines strengths and weaknesses in the local systems and makes recommendations as to how best to protect the town’s drinking water.
