Kensington man sentenced for disobeying order

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 59-year-old Kensington man was in provincial court recently for disobedience.

Paul Orvell Waite pleaded guilty to one count disobeying a lawful order given to him by a judge.

The charge is from June 6 in Summerside.

Waite received a suspended sentence and must serve 24 months of probation
