SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Paul Donald Pothier, 35, of Wellington Station, has pleaded guilty to one count of breaching his probation, two counts of failing to attend court as required, one count of stealing mail valued at less than $5,000.

The charges are dated from between March and November 2018, in Summerside.

Pothier was sentenced to serve 52 days in jail and 24 months of probation. He also received credit for the equivalent of 52 days he’s already spent in custody since his arrest.
