SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A new subdivision has been approved for the site of the former Summerside Heritage Trailer Park.

The proponents, 100018 PEI Inc., received final approval from Summerside city council Monday night.

The plan is to construction 27 lots intended for single family homes and one lot currently housing a business will remain zoned for commercial use.
