SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I.– Micah James MacDougall, 25, of Charlottetown has pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm, one count of breaching his probation order

The charges are from June 14 in Borden-Carleton and between Dec. 20 and April 24 in Charlottetown.

MacDougall was sentenced to serve 21 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, must serve 24 months of probation and pay $200 in victim surcharges.
