Guilty plea for Oct. 13 incident in Alberton P.E.I.

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Clint David Hardy, 40, of Elmsdale, has pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.

The charge is from Oct. 13 in Alberton.

Hardy we sentenced to serve 45 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, must remain on probation until his time is served, pay a $100 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for an additional 36 months.
