Gas prices up another 3.7 cents in P.E.I. Feb. 21

Gas prices in P.E.I. have risen another 3.7 cents per litre in the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission's latest pricing adjustment.

As of midnight Feb. 21, the price of regular, unleaded gas at self-serve outlets now ranges from 115.5 to 116.6 cents per litre.

The price of furnace oil and diesel also went up overnight, by 1.5 cpl each. Diesel will range from 120.6 to 121.8 cpl, and the maximum price for furnace oil is 92.4 cpl.

The commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is Feb. 28.
