Islanders are paying a few cents less per litre at the gas pumps today.
The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission dropped gas prices by three cents per litre (cpl) as of 12:01 a.m. Friday in its regular weekly adjustment.
Including taxes, pump prices for regular unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets now ranges from 114 cpl to 115.1 cpl.
There was no change in the price of furnace oil, diesel or propane.

The commission’s next scheduled price adjustment is Oct. 11.
