SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — The City of Summerside has approved a mobile sales establishment licence for the High on the Hog food truck.
The proponent of the licence is Tara Arsenault.
The license allows High on the Hog to operate Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 652 Water St., which is the parking lot of Waugh’s Quik Mart.
Meanwhile, Hoss’s Fish and Chips mobile food truck has been approved again for its mobile vendor licence from the City of Summerside. The truck will be at a new location this year, which is 151 Heather Moyse Dr. (the old Burger King lot).
The licence allows Hoss’s to open from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
